Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the FastWithin app, FastWithin Plus and this website. "We" and "us" mean Harris Apps Studio. By installing or using FastWithin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
FastWithin is not medical advice
FastWithin is a timer and education app. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything. The body zones describe what research suggests in general terms. Your body, your timing and your health are your own.
Fasting is not right for everyone. Talk to a doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, have diabetes, take medication, have a medical condition, or have a history of an eating disorder. End your fast and get help if you feel faint, confused or very unwell. Never delay or ignore medical care because of something in the app.
Who can use FastWithin
You must be 18 or over. The app asks for your birth year and does not let anyone under 18 use it.
Using the app
Use FastWithin for yourself, for personal use. Please do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app or its content, do not interfere with its AI helper (for example, by sending automated requests or content you have no right to send), and do not use it to break the law.
FastWithin Plus and billing
- Free core. The timer, I ate, Kitchen closes, every zone with its sources and the 3D body are free. FastWithin Plus is an optional paid upgrade.
- Prices. Plus is $4.99 a month, $29.99 a year (with a 7-day free trial), or $59.99 once for lifetime. The price you see in Google Play is the price you pay, and taxes may apply.
- Google Play handles the billing. Purchases and subscriptions go through Google Play, and Google's terms apply to them. We do not see or store your payment details.
- Free trial. If your plan starts with a free trial, we remind you 2 days before the first charge. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
- Cancel any time. In the app, open Settings and tap Manage or cancel, which takes you straight to your subscription in Google Play. You can also cancel under Subscriptions in Google Play. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Lifetime. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks the Plus features for as long as we offer FastWithin.
- Refunds. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If you have a problem with a purchase, write to us and we will do what we can.
- Changes. Prices and features can change. A price change for an existing subscription goes through Google Play, which asks for your agreement where it is required.
AI features
Photo I ate and other AI features can be wrong. Please check the result and edit it. Do not rely on them for anything important. Do not send photos of people or private things. The privacy policy explains what happens to a photo.
Ownership
FastWithin, including its design, text and 3D body, belongs to Harris Apps Studio or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. Studies and pages we link to belong to their authors. Your own data, such as your fasts and notes, is yours.
No warranty
FastWithin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will always work, that it will be free of errors, or that notifications will arrive on time (Android can delay or block them).
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Harris Apps Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss that comes from relying on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for FastWithin in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using FastWithin at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if someone breaks these terms or misuses the AI helper.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Texas are the place for disputes, except where the law where you live gives you the right to go elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. If you keep using FastWithin after a change, you accept the new terms. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app's update notes.
